Repair Problems
DSL Cancellation - Cancellations are for UC Berkeley accounts only. If you have DSL with another vendor and are being billed directly on your residential bill, then you will have to cancel directly with that vendor.
Address Changes/Moves - If you are moving an existing DSL service on the line, please fill out the "Address Change" form. There will be some DSL down time and new installation fees may apply.
