Billing Information

How you are billed
The billing for this service will not appear on your AT&T home telephone statement. It will be processed by IST and will be reflected on your department billing statement each month. If for some reason it does appear on your residential bill, please contact us by calling (510) 643-7000 or send email to rts@berkeley.edu. Please be prepared to fax your AT&T bill to us at 510-643-7046.

Split Billing
Transfer of services may take up to 90 days (3 billing cycles) from the date requested. You must continue to pay your DSL charges as they appear on your residential bill. Once the transfer has been completed, your department will be charged basic or enhanced fee on their departmental telephone billing statement.
