Cancellation for UC Berkeley billed DSL accounts

If you wish to cancel your UC Berkeley billed DSL, please complete the on-line DSL cancellation request. Note that there is a cancellation fee of $200.00 if you cancel before the year's commitment is over.

Do not cancel directly with AT&T. Your DSL account is provided through Information Services Technology (IST): Client Services and you will continue to be billed for services if the correct cancellation policy is not completed. You are responsible for your DSL charges if your account is not cancelled in the proper manner.
